Exercise Your Inner Eye (Part 1 of 2)
WE LIVE IN TWO WORLDS
When you stop and think about it, we really do live in two worlds instead of just one. One world exists on the outside of ourselves-our home, family, job and material possessions. And then there's the world that we experience on the inside-in our thoughts, feelings, dreams and images. We experience this Inner World with our INNER EYE -which is also known as Visualization.
In todays world of distractions, improving visualization skills can help reclaim our power of ATTENTION.
This program shows how to use your INNER EYE to create what you want in
the outer world. The combined 60-minute program (Part 1 + Part 2) contains over 15 Guided Visualization exercises that expand your mind, awaken your intuition, and help you achieve the things you want most in life. And you'll have fun doing it!
This creative visualization program includes:
•What is visualization?
•How to visualize clearly
•How and Why it works
•Visualization and Goal Setting
• Visualization and Personal Relationships
•Visualization and Creativity
•Visualization and Relaxation
•Visualization and Health
•Visualization and Memory
•Multi-Sensual Visualization
•Visualizing just for fun!
You will EXPERIENCE:
•The Enchanted Forest
•The Little Orange House
•Midnight on the Mountain Top
•Seeing with the Inner Eye
•Expanding Creativity
•Mind-Body Interactions
• Inner Sensing
•Psychic Healing
•Combining Images
•Creating your Highest Goals
•And much more!
This is an excellent Introduction Into the playful and practical art of CREATIVE
VISUALIZATION.

Tool Use Sparks Friendship with a Young Crow
Переглядів 244 тис.4 роки тому
Here are the video highlights of my unusual experience of 3 sessions with the bird over 2 days. This friendly wild, yet somewhat tame, young crow has been making rounds in Pt. Richmond, CA. Does anyone know it’s backstory? Was it a rescue? An escaped pet? Or maybe just a smart bird that found a new method of tool use to get fed! It worked on me! UPDATE: the bird turned out to be a rescue that w...

2018 Herring Run at Ferry Point, Pt. Richmond, CA
Переглядів 4,2 тис.6 років тому
It was a party-like atmosphere on the Ferry Point pier the afternoon and evening on Feb. 1, 2018. Fisherman and their families crowded the pier with their throw nets. Ice chests filled with freshly caught herring abounded. Even a wheel barrow was receiving a load of herring. The seals were having a ball! One viewer counted 31 of them. I noticed that they weren't surfacing with fish in their mou...
Masked Bandits Snatch Cherries Under Cover of Darkness

bukaymedia.com This family of raccoons gorged themselves on the bounty of chokecherries (or some similar species of cherry) next to my home in Pt. Richmond, CA. I counted 3 youngsters and 2 adults. The youngsters had better access to the fruit because their lighter weight allowed them to go out on the thinner branches that were inaccessible to their parents. After last winters bountiful rains, ...

Pelicans Flip UPSIDE DOWN, While Diving Into Water!!
Переглядів 10 тис.9 років тому
bukaymedia.com I first noticed this upside-down crashing into water while reviewing footage one frame at a time. During their high-speed dives, a fraction of a second before hitting the water, the 15 diving Brown Pelicans in this 10 second clip all twisted their bodies left to assume an upside-down position while maintaining their heads right-side up! The actual real time 10 second clip is show...

Gulls Gone Wild!
Переглядів 2,8 тис.9 років тому
bukaymedia.com/ GULLS GO CRAZY FOR HERRING EGGS! Each year tens of thousands of gulls come together to compete for the eggs in the San Francisco Bay. Competition is fierce as they comically fight each other for the roe. Being very buoyant, some crazed gulls sky dive head-first into the water to win the battle for food. Harbor seals and sea lions came to eat the herring; then the gulls and divin...

One thing to notice is that he keep pecking and pulling at the blade and that shiny chrome looking screw head on the base of the tool. Crows like shiny objects. It seems he was curious about the sound and then saw the shiny silver, and that interested him. It is pretty amazing that he is so unafraid of humans. Give him some peanuts and he will become your life long buddy. Crows are amazing birds, I just love them.

Finally! Finally, I found a video made by an intellegent person, a wise human being who does not drown out the natural sounds and his own voice in a chaos of unnecessarily annoying music! And it doesn’t stop there! He also deserves a big thank you for speaking so slowly, that we millions who don’t have English as a first language can understand most things.

I love young crows, they are so silly and inquisitive! I live in the middle of Amsterdam, I have started to feed the crows from my 3rd-storey apartment on the windowsill. Every morning I awake the scout is waiting for me, I let out a kauw, my interpretation of crow language to say good morning! I open the window and replenish the cache of nuts, in no time at all one is collecting the treasure. What is funny is that in over 2 days of feeding, the pigeons are seen less often as the crows have claimed me as territory, but today I saw a cheeky magpie, it will be interesting to see how this goes with the crows!

How wonderful! I have a crow that I started feeding during first lockdown. This year, 2023, she brought her mate and two kids for me to be introduced to. We 'do lunch' now daily with peanuts, ham, chicken and cat kibble. They let me know everything that happen in the neighbourhood. Better than a ring doorbell now. We all screech at strangers and the neighbourhood cats. The louder I screech the more they like it by appreciative croaks and much hopping. My Corvid Army grows...... I was the crazy cat lady but have diversified, just as my country wants me to..

I work weekends in a suburban area and I have two buddies that are together all the time. Fatty Crow and Dancing Blackbird. They visit me twice a day and and are very friendly. They just think that parmesan gold fish crackers are the best snack. The crow stuffs away a half a dozen and fly's away only to return in a while to do the same thing. The blackbird eats four or five and then does the same thing. Then they follow me around the property just to be together. Cool.
